We do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Because each item is made to order, we only replace items that arrive damaged or misprinted.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
We will review the issue and send a replacement at no cost if approved.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or shipping delays once the order has been fulfilled.
